How much does it cost?

We charge monthly at the end of each month.

Where should the bins be placed for pickup?

We kindly ask that all trash bins be placed in front of your garage. To ensure the safety of our employees, we prefer not to search around your property for the trash bin. Trash Caddy will pickup and return your bins back to this spot.

Do you pick up on holidays?

Due to varying regulations set by each trash pickup provider, our services do not operate on holidays. However, they are available during regular weekly pickups.

Is there a limit on the number of cans?

We will take up to four bins per property. Anything beyond that will be a special request and we can make special arrangements.

Will you carry large items or yard trimmings to the street (tires, furniture, bags of clippings)

Trash Caddy is not equipped to do any large item transport. You have to take large items and yard clippings to the street.
